PAYMENT

We accept payment by Paypal and direct online bank transfer.

PAYPAL

Pay with your PayPal balance or use PayPal to make a credit/debit card payment. You do not need a Paypal account to make payment via credit/debit card through Paypal.

BANK TRANSFER

Once you have completed checkout, we will receive notification that you would like to pay via bank transfer and will send the relevant account details.

Please note that with all payment methods, we required cleared payment before we can start work on or despatch your order.

DELIVERY

These delivery prices apply to products ordered online.

For bespoke print and commercial print orders, delivery charges will be confirmed in any quote supplied.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY  |  £4.50  |  Free for orders over £50!*

Standard deliveries are despatched with Royal Mail or a courier. Expect your order within 1-3 working days after despatch. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery.

*all items ordered must be despatched in the same consignment to qualify for free delivery.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY  |  £10

Orders will be despatched on a guaranteed next day service via Royal Mail or Courier to UK Mainland addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We’re happy to despatch our products worldwide.

Please contact us before placing any order if you would like items delivered outside of the U.K.

RETURNS

NON-PERSONALISED GOODS

We take a great deal of pride in producing stationery and supplying goods that we hope you’ll be delighted with, but in the unlikely event of you not being totally satisfied with your order, or you’ve changed your mind, then please inform us within 7 days if you would like to cancel your order, arrange the return and/or refund or exchange of an order.

In the event that you decide to return any items purchased from Dilly & Dilly, this must be done within 14 days of receiving your order and you must pay for the return postage. Any items returned should be in the original, saleable condition.

PERSONALISED STATIONERY AND GOODS

As each order is produced individually (i.e. made to order and personalised with your own details) refunds and exchanges can only be given where the product is found to be faulty, damaged or not fit for purpose.
